Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Justin Time Publishing. We strive to provide high-quality books, study guides, digital resources, and educational materials designed to help our customers learn with confidence.

Please review our return and refund policy below.


Physical Print Books

We accept return and replacement requests for physical print books under the following conditions:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item is defective

  • The wrong item was received

  • The item has a significant printing defect

If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged or defective item if possible

If approved, we may:

  • Send a replacement copy

  • Issue a refund

  • Provide additional support depending on the situation

Because many of our physical books are printed on demand, returns for reasons other than damage, defects, or fulfillment errors are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Digital Downloads & Digital Products

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all digital download sales are generally final and non-refundable once the files have been accessed or downloaded.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Digital study guides

  • Practice tests

  • Flashcards

  • Resource packs

  • Printable planners

  • Templates

  • PDFs

  • Digital bundles

However, we want our customers to have a positive experience. If you experience:

  • Download issues

  • Corrupted files

  • Duplicate purchases

  • Technical problems accessing your files

Bundles Containing Print & Digital Products

Some bundles may include both physical and digital products.

If digital content included in a bundle has already been downloaded or accessed, the digital portion of the order may not be refundable.

Physical products within the bundle may still qualify for replacement or support if they arrive damaged or defective.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.


Order Cancellations

Orders for digital products cannot typically be canceled once the files have been delivered.

Print-on-demand book orders may enter production quickly after purchase. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order, and we will do our best to assist you.

However, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once printing or fulfillment has begun.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Please note that certain digital products delivered instantly may be exempt from cancellation rights once download or access has begun.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
