Digital products are delivered electronically and are not physically shipped.

  • PDFs

  • digital bundles

  • downloadable educational materials

After purchase, customers will typically receive:

  • an order confirmation email

  • a separate email containing download access instructions or links

Digital products are usually delivered immediately after payment is successfully processed, although occasional delays may occur due to payment verification or technical issues.

Physical Print Books

Many of our physical books and printed products are produced through third-party print-on-demand fulfillment partners.

This means products are printed after an order is placed rather than stored in inventory.

Because of this, processing and shipping times may vary.

Processing Times

Typical processing times for physical products are:

  • 2–7 business days for production and fulfillment

  • Additional shipping time depending on destination and carrier

Please note:

  • processing times may increase during holidays, promotions, product launches, or high-volume periods

  • weekends and holidays are not considered business days

Combined Orders (Print + Digital)

If your order includes both:

  • physical products

  • and digital products

the digital products will typically be delivered electronically first, while physical items will ship separately.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Justin Time Publishing is not responsible for:

  • delays

  • lost shipments

  • or additional shipping costs

resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or if you experience delivery issues, please contact us as soon as possible with:

Please note that once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are outside our direct control.
