Printed book delivery

The Logbook is printed after ordering and ships to the delivery address entered at checkout. Typical production and fulfillment take 2–7 business days, plus typical U.S. standard shipping of 3–10 business days after fulfillment. These are separate estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Weekends, holidays, production demand and carrier delays can affect timing.

The bonus PDF is delivered electronically, separately from the printed Logbook. A digital-access email is not a shipping confirmation. Shipping confirmation and tracking are provided when available; tracking updates may take time to appear.

Returns and order problems

For a printed Logbook that arrives damaged, defective, significantly misprinted or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a description and photos if possible. Other print-return requests are considered case by case. Obtain authorization before returning an item.

Accessed or downloaded digital content may affect refund eligibility for that portion. The printed Logbook may still qualify for support for damage, defects or fulfillment errors. Contact us promptly about cancellations; cancellation cannot be guaranteed once printing or fulfillment begins.

This logbook is more than just a place to track driving hours. The included resource guides with step-by-step instructions for driving skills made practice much easier to organize. It helped us know what to work on, track progress, and feel more prepared for the behind-the-wheel test. Highly recommend for new drivers and parents.

As a parent, this logbook made teaching my teen to drive much less stressful. It helped us keep track of practice hours, stay organized, and focus on the skills that needed the most work.
